Today we're going to figure out which of this sharpness is the right one for you. So today I want to talk to you guys about sharpening knives what I used to do is use these wet stones they create the most beautiful edge on your knife but the thing is like you got to be really precise in what you do. https://weheartit.com/funder72mcgowan
You got to develop a technique where you master the slide of the knife to really be consistent and that way you get the sharpest knife you can get but it takes a lot of time to sharpen your knife that way.
So I bought one of these and this is like a diamond sharpener.
What you do is just drag your knife in an angle and then you got to be like really precise. Because some of these nice have an angle that is 20 degrees someone have an angle that is 15 degrees and some even have an angle which is even more slender. https://vimeo.com/user90562553/about

So you got to be really precise in what angle you choose and also you get a lot of damage using it if you for instance slip up and you touch the rest of the blade of the knife. You get a scratch doesn't look that good anymore and then of course I have my honing rod to take care of the biggest damage on the knife.
